I've helped more than 200 pastors, equipping, mobilizing and supporting them to build a culture of healthy disciple‑making in their churches — so they are growing mature disciples in ever-increasing number.

I've been making disciples for 40 years now. Whether as the leader of a congregation in large church, as a church planter, leading a church revitalization or as a ministry leader. Many becoming disciple-makers themselves and still going strong making disciples and disciple-makers today!
And I, myself, am the product of being discipled by many wise, godly, inspirational disciple‑makers over those 40 years. They helped me walk and grow as a Christian, even as I navigated life in the secular world of being a corporate executive.

This striving to be a growing disciple and fruitful disciple-maker, while wrestling with the challenges of secular work life seems to have given me a unique perspective in helping pastors and churches build their ministries around disciple-making.
